RENO, the "Biggest Little City In The World", has a growing Filipino-American community and a steady stream of Fil-Am visitors.

More than the attraction of the casino experience, Pinoys, majority of whom are from the Bay Area, go to Reno to see in person and watch the performance of their favorite Filipino STARS!

It started in January 1997, when a concert of Rey Valera was held at the Silver Legacy. It was a hit! That show opened Reno's door to the Filipino artists.

Six months later, on July 5, no less than Philippine MEGASTAR, Ms. SHARON CUNETA, stepped at the center stage of the Lawlor Events Center. Thunderous applause and screams from thousands of fans and concert goers filled the huge venue as the spotlight focused on Sharon singing the first line of her opening song....

It will be many concerts later that one would realize that THAT MOMENT was the beginning of it all -- THE FILIPINO ARTIST HAS ARRIVED AND CONQUERED RENO!!!
